Libby Barg
Libby Barg is a senior associate with Barney & Worth and directs the Salem office. Libby provides incomparable service as the manager of the firm’s Consultant-of-Record work for the City of Salem. In addition, Libby’s background in water resources, science and community planning makes her a valuable resource for Barney & Worth’s public works clients. Libby is adept at managing a full range of project components: orchestrating well-attended public events, writing and producing engaging materials, and leading inclusive community visioning processes.
Libby holds a BS degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology from Kansas State University and a Masters in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon. Libby is a proficient Spanish speaker.
